Cost Of A Visit:

New Patient Office Visit (about 55 minutes): $250

Follow-up Office Visit (about 30 minutes): $180

Will Your Insurance Pay For The Visit?

Medicare is the only insurance accepted at the Fulcrum Osteopathic Wellness Clinic.  Patients with Medicare as their primary insurance may have to pay a co-pay, but the remainder of the bill will be sent to Medicare.

For patients without Medicare, payment in full is due at the time of the office visit, and then the patient can submit a claim to their insurance company asking for reimbursement.  Every insurance company is different in the amount that they will reimburse for, and some will not reimburse the patient. It is recommended that the patient check with their insurance company ahead of time if this is a concern for them.  When discussing reimbursement with your insurance company, it is important to remind them that you will be seeing a specialist in Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine as insurance companies will often pay for you to see an out-of-network specialist if there are not any specialists of that type in-network. Fulcrum Osteopathic Wellness Clinic accepts payment in the form of cash, check, and credit card.
